The trunnion style crossmember is the most variable style of crossmember we fabricate. There can be "C" shaped gussets or "L" shaped gussets that slide into your truck frame rails. Those gussets can be short or quite long.

 

The standard trunnion crossmember unit consists of (2) center channels (also called cross channels) and either (2) "C" gussets, or (4) "L" angle gussets. These trunnion crossmembers are available with or without holes. If you provide your original crossmember, we can duplicate all the holes as well as any cut outs for wire pass throughs. NOTE: when duplicating originals, no bolts are included.

 

When ordering, please specify which gusset style, material thickness, inside to inside dimension between your frames, and quantity.

 

If you have center channels, but need replacement gussets or if the opposite is the case, we can fabricate only the parts you need.
