		OUR STEEL

We maintain a continuous inventory of hi-tensile steel in three thicknesses (1/4", 5/16" and 3/8") and two grades (80 and 100 -- see below) to help you match factory strength and to achieve the RBM for your truck and its custom application.

	Grade 80: 80,000 PSI minimum yield 95,000 PSI minimum tensile		Grade 100: 100,000 PSI minimum yield 110,000 PSI minimum tensile

Both grades are high strength, low alloy, automotive grade steels. They are produced for applications where high strength along with formability, weldability, toughness and fatigue resistance are required.

These steels are not heat treated -- they are produced to the desired tensile strength at the mill and are fully weldable and drillable. We are happy to provide a mill certification for any of the frames we fabricate for you.
